Our Ottawa Meeting Facilities
The Embassy Hotel & Suites Ottawa features a flexible function room that measures 936 square feet. The Diplomat Room is our function room and it is the perfect size to host business and social gatherings of up to 48 people. To enhance your presentation or event, we offer an array of audiovisual equipment and presentation aids, including television, DVD and VCR, whiteboard, flip charts, overhead projectors and screens. Additionally, complimentary wireless Internet, a copier and fax machine are available for guest use. Daily Rentals of Our Meeting Rooms in Ottawa
The 2014 regular rental rate for our meeting room is $250 (plus HST). Special rates are available if booking the meeting room with a block of rooms. Additionally, our repeat customers with five or more dates booked at the same time, receive a 20% discount off regular rates. Please note that this special cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Confirmation of Booking Arrangements
Our meeting or function space may be reserved by telephone, e-mail, fax or during an in-person meeting. The final details must be confirmed two weeks prior to the function and a formal contract must be signed at that point.
Food and Beverage Services at Our Ottawa Hotel
Take your event to the next level with the exceptional catering services offered by the Embassy Hotel & Suites Ottawa. Our enthusiastic staff will help you choose from one of our pre-designed menus or will work with you to create the perfect menu for your refreshment break, luncheon, cocktail reception or dinner. Menu selections are required at least one week prior to your event in order to guarantee selected items. Any changes to your event, including the final guest count, may be made up to four business days prior to the function date. Prices are subject to all applicable taxes and a 15% gratuity. Please note that all prices are current and subject to change without notice.
Meeting or event cancellations at Embassy Hotel & Suites Ottawa must be received seven days prior to the event to avoid our cancellation penalty. Late cancellations will result in you being charged 50% of the meeting room rate.
