Repeat customers (5 or more dates booked at the same time) receive 20% discount off regular rates. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Confirmation of Booking Arrangement
Meeting or function space may be reserved by telephone or in person. Final details must be confirmed two weeks prior to the function at which point a formal contract must be signed.
Food/Beverage
Select from pre-designed catering menus for refreshment breaks, working lunches, cocktail receptions and dinner events or design your own. Menu selections are required at least one week prior to your function in order to guarantee selected items. Any alterations or changes, including final guest count for meals can be made up to 2 business days prior to the function date. Prices are subject to all applicable taxes and a 15% gratuity charge. Prices are current and subject to change without further notice.

The Hotel carries an array of audio/visual equipment from TV, VCR, whiteboard, flipcharts, overheads & screens at reasonable daily rates. Additional requirements can be prearranged upon request.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of a banquet facility at Embassy Hotel & Suites in Ottawa, Ontario must be received 7 days prior to meeting to avoid cancellation penalty. Late cancellation will result in billing for 50% of meeting room rate.
